What we collect
Name, email, optional organization, message, form language, and basic technical details needed to keep the service secure.
How it is used
This information is used to reply to your request and protect the form from abuse. It is not sold.
Form context
To handle inquiries better, the form may include the page visited, link source, browser, and approximate submission timing. These details help diagnose issues and understand message context.
Minimization
Auvant avoids asking for sensitive information in the public form. Confidential mandate details should be shared only in an appropriate channel after first contact.
AI and messages
Contact form messages are not used to train a public model. If AI-assisted analysis becomes useful for a mandate, it would be scoped separately with clear limits, access, and responsibilities.

The site is hosted on Vercel, uses Vercel Web Analytics, and sends contact messages through Resend.
